Deposits will be repaid upon return of your hired item in a satisfactory condition.
Satisfactory condition is deemed as:
- No missing parts of the costume (ie; no missing accessories such as hat / bootcovers)
- No rips or tears to fabric & seams
- No damage to fastenings
- No large unwashable stains to fabric
Compensation for damage to costumes returned in unsatisfactory condition will be deducted from hirer’s deposit; depending on the severity of damage, a full deposit may be retained.
